【摘要】目的 分析高原基层老年急性胰腺炎的护理要点。方法 根据老年人的生理特点加强早期细致的病情观察及并发症预防和呼吸护理等。结果 基层老人对疾病知识的缺乏和老年人症状的不典型，要求护理更细心、认真。结论 经过精心全面护理，减少了并发症，降低了死亡率。
