【摘要】 二十一世纪的到来，给护士工作带来了新的挑战和更大的压力。减缓工作中的疲溃现象与护理质量之间有着密切的关系。现就产生了疲溃的原因及应对措施、面临的挑战及今后的对策作出初步的探索，旨在为今后有效地解决护士工作疲溃现象提供一个新的思路。
