【摘要】目的：讨论颅脑损伤患者的有效护理措施。方法：对40例颅脑损伤患者进行气管切开和昏迷的护理，在一般护理的基础上，分别采取有效的护理措施。结果：除3例因原发病恶化死亡的病例，其余病例均治愈出院。结论：合理有效的护理措施，能尽快争取手术抢救时机，减少并发症，提高治愈率。

    【Abstract】Objective:Discussion of effective care of patients with head injury measures.Methods:40 cases of traumatic brain injury with tracheotomy and coman were taken effective nursing measures based on the general care.Results:Primary disease in 3 cases due to deterioration in mortality, the remaining cases were cured.Conclusion:It can reduce complications and improve cure rate with reasonable and effective care measures,as soon as possible time for the rescue operation.
