【摘要】目的：评价应用缝合锚钉治疗Ⅲ度膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的临床疗效。方法：2007年6月～2010年6月对21例Ⅲ度膝关节内侧副韧带损伤患者应用缝合锚钉进行缝合固定，受伤至手术时间6~15d,平均8d。结果：术后随访21例，随访6～18个月，优良率为90.47%。结论：缝合锚钉修复急性膝关节内侧副韧带度损伤具有组织剥离范围小，操作方法简单，固定可靠的优势，是治疗Ⅲ度膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的一种有效方法。
