康艾注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察(1)

【摘要】目的：观察康艾注射液联合紫杉醇与顺铂方案(TP方案)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为2组各30例，治疗组予康艾注射液联合TP方案化疗；对照组只给予TP方案化疗。均化疗3周期后评价疗效。观察近期疗效、毒副反应、Karnofsky评分、体重变化及细胞免疫功能指标变化。结果：治疗组近期疗效有效率为50.0%，对照组近期疗效有效率为43.3%，疗效未见显著性差异(P>0.05)；治疗组Ⅲ～IV度中性粒细胞减少发生率低于化疗组(P<0.05)；治疗组Karnofsky评分改善明显(P<0.05)；治疗组CD4/CD8及NK阳性细胞率治疗后提高(P<0.05)。结论：康艾注射液有一定的减毒增效作用，其联合TP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌中性粒细胞减少发生率低，可改善患者一般状况及生活质量，提高患者细胞免疫功能。

Clinical observation of combined Kangai injection with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of Kangai injection plus paclitaxel and cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:：60 cases with advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups，30 patients of test group were treated with Kangai injection combined with TP，30 patients of control group were only treated with TP.The chemotherapy effect，side effects，improvement of the quality of life and cellular immune function indexes variation of two groups were evaluated during and after chemotherapy.Results: Bone marrow suppression of test group was lower than in the control group (P < o.05)，the quality of life，Karnofsky score，the CD4 / CD8 and NK cell activeness in test group increased，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：Kangai injection combined with TP in the treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer have better efficacy，can effectively reduce toxicity and improve quality of life，improve cellular immune function.

恶性肿瘤发病率逐年上升，严重威胁人们身体健康。化疗仍然是临床上恶性肿瘤的主要治疗方法之一，但化疗毒副作用较大，严重影响患者生活质量。因此减少化疗毒副作用，提高患者耐受性及提高化疗疗效成为现代肿瘤治疗须密切关注的问题。康艾注射液是由人参、黄芪、苦参素研制而成的中药复方抗癌注射液，具有益气扶正、解毒散结之功效。临床研究证实其具有抗肿瘤、调节机体免疫功能等作用[1]。江苏省徐州市中心医院肿瘤内科从2010年1月-2010年10月使用康艾注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌30例，并设单纯化疗为对照组30例，取得较满意结果，现报道如下。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料入组标准：(1)经病理学或细胞学诊断确诊晚期NSCLC初治患者，符合NSCLC的诊断标准。具有可测量的肿瘤病灶。(2)Karnofaky≥60分。(3)预计生存期大于3个月。(4) 排除伴发脑转移或大量恶性胸腔、心包积液者；患肝、肾和造血系统等严重基础性疾病者；严重心脑血管病变患者；周围神经系统疾病；咯血及其他出血倾向；精神病患者 ......
