【摘要】目的：对应用超声检查诊断子宫内膜癌进行研究。方法：收集2009年3月至2011年3月在本院因不规则阴道流血及排液、下腹疼痛为主要症状就诊治疗患者进行手术治疗的子宫内膜癌31例，对患者采用超声诊断仪检测。结果：本研究中子宫内膜癌患者，超声诊断出29例，漏诊2例，诊断准确率93.55%。病理结果显示31例中25例发生肌层浸润。结论：超声检查可以作为诊断子宫内膜癌的首选方法，具有较高的诊断准确率。

    【Abstract】Objective: ultrasound diagnosis of endometrial cancer study. Methods: From March 2009 to March 2011 in our hospital because of irregular vaginal bleeding and discharge, abdominal pain, symptoms diagnosis and treatment as the main surgical treatment of patients with endometrial cancer in 31 cases, ultrasonic diagnostic testing on patients . Results: In this study patients with endometrial cancer, ultrasound diagnosed 29 cases, 2 cases of missed diagnosis, diagnostic accuracy rate of 93.55%. Pathology results showed that 25 cases occurred in 31 cases of myometrial invasion. Conclusion: Ultrasound diagnosis of endometrial cancer as the preferred method, with high diagnostic accuracy. ......
