【摘要】目的：结合文献探讨外伤后脑梗塞的发病机理和治疗效果。方法：总结21例经CT证实的外伤后脑梗塞的临床、影象学表现、治疗结果。结果：出院时按GOS评价：良好10例，中残5例，重残3例，植物生存1例，死亡2例。结论：正确认识颅脑外伤后脑梗塞的发生原因、及时正确地治疗，可有效减少和减轻脑梗塞，提高生存质量。

    The clinical analysis of the posttraumatic cerebral infarction (a report of 21 cases)

    【Abstract】Objective To study the etiology and treatment of the posttraumatic cerebral infarction. Methods Retrospective study has been done about the symptom, CT, treatment, and prognosis in 21 patients with the cerebral infarction following head injury confirmed by CT scan. Results Among all cases evaluated with GOS at their discharge, 11 were satisfactorily recovered, 5 came out with moderate disability, 3 severe disability, 1 vegetable, 2 dead. Conclusion Accurate diagnosis and effective therapy can reduce and relieve the risks of cerebral infarction, and therefore improve the prognosis.
