【摘要】建立新型农村合作医疗(以下简称新农合)制度,保护广大农民群众的身体健康，促进我国城、乡和经济、社会的协调发展，实现全面建设小康社会，构建和谐社会的要求，大力推进城市医院对参合农民住院“直补”工作，是切实提高农民抵御重大疾病风险的能力， 巩固和完善新农合制度的重要举措。自2004年我国部分省市开展新农合直补工作试点以来，成效显著，得到农民的普遍拥护。本文试着通过揭示当前我省省直医院新农合直补工作存在的一些问题，来探讨解决问题的途径，以促进新农合直补工作的良性发展。

    【Abstract】Establishing the New Rural Cooperative Medical Care, protecting the peasants’ health, and promoting our city and townships, the economic and social development to a coordinated and comprehensive development of comparative prosperity and harmonious society, advancing the Direct Subsidy in the city hospital to the peasant is a major measures to increase the risk against diseases, and a major task to consolidate and improve the New Rural Cooperative Medical Care system. Since 2004, the New Rural Cooperative Medical Care in parts of provinces and municipalities of China receives general supports and noticeable achievements. The paper tries to analyze the current status quo and existing problems in our Provincial Hospital, to explore the ways of solving the problems, and to promote the healthy development of the New Rural Cooperative Medical Care. ......
