【摘要】目的：评价窦道型慢性根尖周炎、牙髓炎采用一次性根管治疗的临床效果及可靠性。方法：选取门诊病例56例，70个牙，其中窦道型慢性根尖周炎26例，30个牙；牙髓炎30例，40个牙，均采用一次性根管治疗。结果：术后1年复查，两组治愈率分别是93.3%，92.5%。结论：采用一次性根管治疗术治疗窦道型慢性根尖周炎、牙髓炎可以提高治愈率，同时具有复诊次数少、疗程短的优点。

    【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate the sinus of chronic apical periodontitis, root canal treatment of pulpitis with the clinical effect and reliability. Methods: 56 cases of outpatient cases, 70 teeth, including chronic apical sinus in 26 cases, 30 teeth; pulpitis 30 cases, 40 teeth, all with one root canal treatment. Results: After 1 year review, two groups of cure rates were 93.3%, 92.5%. Conclusion: The use of root canal therapy in the treatment of chronic apical sinus, pulpitis can improve the cure rate, while a referral number of small, short duration of benefits.
