【摘要】神经心理测量作为认知功能评定的主要方法，通过对记忆、注意、言语和执行等认知功能进行评定，从而为病因学、临床康复等研究提供客观依据。纵览近年相关研究文献可见，认知功能测量在中医研究中的应用较少，尚处于起步阶段，且存在着一些深值思考、亟待解决的问题。要使其测量过程更为标准化，客观化、科学化，尚有大量、艰巨的工作有待综合多学科知识和技术来完成。

    【Abstract】Cognitive function can be tested by Human Neuropsychological Assessment. Studies founded that it can provide objective evidence by measuring memory attention language implementation and those kind of cognitive function with Human Neuropsychological Assessment. it will have an important value in making a plan for rehabilitation and evaluation.
