【摘要】本文对甾体强心苷类药物的两个主要鉴别反应即冰醋酸-三氯化铁试剂(Keller-Kiliani)反应和3，5-二硝基苯甲酸试剂(Kedde)反应的反应机理进行研究与探讨，以供教师教学及学生学习时参考。
