【摘要】目的：探讨静息心肌显像对心肌梗死的诊断，判定梗死部位，指导治疗及预后的价值。方法：对95例临床考虑心肌梗死的患者，给予锝-甲氧异晴(99mTc-MIBI)静息核素心肌灌注计算机断层显像(SPECT)。结论：静息核素心肌显像对于心肌梗死的临床应用有重要价值。
