【摘要】目的：探讨冠心病患者辅以足部护理的临床效果。方法：将100名冠心病患者随机均分为A、B两组，A组仅给予药物治疗，B组在给予药物治疗的同时，辅以足部护理，治疗方案均为1次/天，10天/疗程，连续4个疗程。结果： B组的治疗效果明显好于A组。结论：足部护理辅助治疗冠心病效果明显，在临床实践中有较大的应用价值。

    【Abstract】Objective: To study the coronary artery disease, complementary with sufficient reflection nursing clinical effect. Methods: 100 patients with coronary heart disease were then divided into A, B groups, A group only received drug treatment, B group received drug treatment at the same time, combined with foot reflexology, treatment options are 1 time / day, 10 days / treatment for 4 courses. Results: The therapeutic effect of group B was significantly better than A group. Conclusion: Sufficient reflection nursing auxiliary treatment of coronary heart disease has obvious effect, in clinical practice has great practical value.
