【摘要】目的探讨高浓度氯化钾微泵注射治疗老年重度低钾血症的疗效。方法老年重度低钾血症患者48例随机分为试验组和对照组,各24例，对照组行常规方法补钾，试验组行高浓度氯化钾微泵注射治疗，不同的方法补充氯化钾后观察两组的疗效。结果试验组疗效明显优于对照组，且未出现明显不良反应。结论微泵注射高浓度氯化钾治疗老年重度低钾血症患者安全、有效。
