【摘要】本文结合工作实际，从自然因素、诊断、检查、治疗、管理及医务人员自身诸多方面辨识口腔诊疗过程中存在的风险因素，并将存在的具体风险因素按照风险的来源划分了风险类别，为进一步的风险分析和风险管理提供了依据。
