保胎灵联合硫酸镁治疗先兆早产的临床分析(1)

【摘要】 目的：通过观察保胎灵联合硫酸镁治疗早产的疗效，探讨更为合适的治疗早产的方法。方法：将106例诊断先兆早产的孕妇作为观察组，给予保胎灵联合硫酸镁治疗；选取同期118例符合相同条件的的病例作为对照组，给予硫酸镁治疗。观察保胎灵联合硫酸镁与单用硫酸镁治疗后显效时间、治疗时间、住院时间、保胎成功率、延长孕龄时间以及产后出血量、新生儿预后、不良反应。结果 保胎灵联合硫酸镁治疗早产的显效时间、治疗时间、住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),保胎成功率高于对照组(P<0.05), 延长孕龄时间较对照组长(P<0.05),不增加产后出血量(P>0.05),新生儿预后较对照组好(P<0.05), 观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05))。结论：保胎灵联合硫酸镁治疗早产提高了硫酸镁治疗效果，改善了新生儿预后，降低了硫酸镁不良反应，可以在临床上推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore more appropriate treatment for preterm labour by observing clinical effect of Baotailin combinedmagnesium sulfate on treating preterm labour. Methods：106 threatened premature delivery pregnant women were taken as observed group and were given Baotailin combined magnesium sulfate;The another 118 women with the randomized conditions constituted the control group and were given magnesium sulfate. Time of starting therapeutic effectiveness, treatment time, hospital stays, success rate in treatment of premature birth, prolonging of gestational age, postpartum blood loss volume, neonatal prognosis and untoward effect were observed in the two groups respectively .Results：Time of starting therapeutic effectiveness, treatment time or hospital stays of the observed group was shorter than the control group respectively. According to success rate in treatment orprolonging of gestational age ,the observed group was much better than the control group .There was no significant differences in postpartum blood loss volume between the two groups. Neonatal prognosis of the observed group was better significantly and untoward effect was less significantly than the control group respectively. Conclusion：Baotailin combined magnesium sulfate increased the curative effect of magnesium sulfate, improved neonatal prognosis and reduced untoward effect, so it is valuable to recommend Baotailin combined magnesium sulfate for treating preterm labour in more ranges ......
