【摘要】 目的 探讨前列腺增生电切术并发症的防治措施；方法 对2009年1月至2011年1月我院采用汽化电切术治疗的前列腺增生患者453例的临床资料进行回顾性分析；结果 术中并发症：4例发生前列腺电切综合症，4例发生大出血，2例发生膀胱前列腺交界处穿孔；术后随访1个月～2.5年，术后并发症：16例发生尿路感染，10例发生尿失禁，5例发生尿道狭窄，2例术后继发出血；结论术中要把握好各项操作标准，避免手术失误而引起诸多问题。对中心静脉压及血清钠密切监视，这对于控制前列腺增生经尿道电切术并发症十分重要。
