【摘要】 近年来随着门诊手术的广泛开展,门诊麻醉的风险也日益增加。本文重点探讨影响门诊麻醉安全的患者因素、麻醉因素、手术因素及其它因素，并就如何进行安全有效的麻醉管理进行探讨。

This article focuses on the safety impact of outpatient anesthesia including patient factor, anesthetic factor, operation factor and other factors, and discusses how safely and effectively manage anesthesia.
