【摘要】 目的：探讨单鼻孔经蝶入路垂体瘤切除术的围手术期护理，方法:回顾性分析30例垂体瘤单鼻孔经蝶手术切除患者的术前、术后护理，特别是针对术后较易出现的并发症采取相应的护理措施。结果：30例单鼻孔经蝶入路垂体瘤切除术的患者中，并发脑脊液鼻漏3例，2例出现尿崩症；其余均恢复良好。结论：做好患者术前护理，术后严密观察病情及细心护理，采取有效措施防止并发症，提高手术成功率，促进患者早日康复的重要环节。

    【Abstract】 Objective: Summarized 30 cases of single-nostril transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection of peri-operative care, to explore the problem and measures to care. Methods: 30 cases of this group of pituitary tumor single-nostril transsphenoidal surgical resection of patients with complete preoperative and postoperative care, especially with regard to postoperative complications more easily take the appropriate care measures. Results: 30 cases of single-nostril transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection of patients, cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea complicated by three cases, two cases of diabetes insipidus occur; the rest are a good recovery. Conclusion: Patients with good preoperative care, postoperative condition closely observe and listen carefully to care, take effective measures to prevent complications, improve surgical success rate, and promote an early recovery in patients with an important aspect. ......
