跟骨关节内骨折的手术治疗
【摘要】目的：评价手术治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效、方法：2007年5月至2010年9月,采用切开复位内固定治疗71例跟骨关节内骨折。采用Sanders分型标准，术后全部随访，时间7～29个月,平均16个月。结果：采用美国足踝外科学会踝与后足功能评分(AOFAS评分)评估手术疗效，优52例，良11例，中7例，差1例，优良率88.7%。基本恢复正常，骨折全部愈合，钢板螺钉无折断，足外观基本正常。结论：切开复位内固定手术是治疗跟骨关节内骨折的有效方法。【关键词】跟骨；关节内骨折；手术
Surgical treatment of the intra-articular calcaneal fracture
【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the curative effect of surgical treatment of the intra-articular calcaneus fracture.Methods From May 2007 to September 2010，71 pilon fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation.according to Sanders classification and all fractures were followed-up from 7~29 months (average 16 months).Result The efficacy of arthroscopy was assessed using the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS) rating scores,52 cases were excellent, 11 cases good,7 cases fair and 1 case poor,the rate of excellent and good clinical results were 88.7 percent.,then all the fractures healed.Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation is a effectively treatment method for the intra-articular calcaneus fracture. ......
