【摘要】目的：探讨《内经》中关于通与通法的具体含义。方法：通过对《内经》理论的学习，结合后世医家的观点，阐述通的含义及通法的应用发展与范围。结果：在《内经》中一个“通”字贯通全书，说明人体生理病理及与自然的关系，为制定通法打下理论基础。结论：通与通法理论直接指导临床治疗和后世医学的发展。

    【Abstract】Objective：investigate specific implication of clarification and method of clarification in inner canon of Yellow Emperor.Method：Combine studying theory on Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor and view from ancient experts. State the meaning of clarification,rangement and development of clarification method.Results：Clarification all through Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor explain the relationship between the nature and physiology and Pathology,which bases theory on establish clarification method.[Conclusion]The theory of clarification and clarification method conduct directly clinic treatment and development of medicine later.
