【摘要】目的：探讨微创经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗肾结石及输尿管上段结石的围手术期护理方法 ,以提高新微创技术的护理水平和护理质量。方法：通过对本科86例患者实施经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术的围手术期综合护理以及出院指导，观察患者的术后疗效及康复情况。结果：碎石术护理配合良好，手术疗效满意，术后无严重并发症发生，术后恢复快，康复出院时间短,平均住院时间9.5d。结论：术前充分准备，术后精心护理是经皮肾镜取石术治疗成功和术后患者康复的重要条件。

    【Abstract】Objective Discuss the perioperative nursing methods of percutaneous renal lithotripsy treatment of kidney stones and ureteral stones, to improve the level and quality of care of new minimally invasive technique. Methods Did comprehensive care and discharge guidance for 86 cases of percutaneous nephrolithotomy for patients with pneumatic lithotripsy, observed the effects and recovery situation of patients after surgery. Results Nursing lithotripsy is good, surgical results are satisfactory, there are not serious postoperative complications, the rehabilitation after surgery is quick, the discharged time is short, the average length of stay are 9.5d. Conclusions Fully prepared before surgery, intensive care after surgery is percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy patients after successful treatment and rehabilitation of important conditions. ......
