妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症血清NO、ET、SOD变化与新生儿预后关系研究(1)

     【摘要】 目的 探讨妊娠期胆汁淤积症(ICP)血清NO、ET、SOD变化与新生儿预后关系。方法 选取我院2008年6月至2009年6月间产前诊断为ICP的孕妇且并发胎儿窘迫剖宫产45例为研究组。另选择同期正常孕妇30例为对照组。测定两组孕妇胎母血,脐血中一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量,比较两组孕妇新生儿的妊娠结局。结果 研究组的母亲静脉血中的ET、SOD含量显著高于对照组,NO含量显著低于对照组,P<0.05。研究组新生儿脐血中NO含量显著对照组,SOD含量显著高于对照组,P<0.05;两组ET含量无显著性差异,P>0.05。研究组的新生儿早产、死胎及窒息现象的发生率显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 ICP患者的NO、ET及SOD含量发生显著变化,提示其在ICP发病及病理过程中具有重要作用。

    A Study on the Relationship between NO, ET, SOD Changes in Serum of Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy and Neonatus Prognosis

    【Abstract】 Objective To discusses the relationship between NO, ET, SOD changes in serum of pregnant women with Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy (ICP) and neonatus prognosis. Method There were 45 ICP cases in the prenatal diagnosis with cesarean section because of fetal distress in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2009 as our study group. In the meanwhile, 30 cases of normal pregnant women in the same period as control group. We measured the Nitric Oxide(NO) in the fetal maternal blood and cord blood, endothelin (ET), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels of the two pregnant women groups, compared the pregnancy outcomes of two groups. Results The ET, SOD levels in venous blood of study group's mother were significantly higher, while the NO level was significantly lower than the control group, P <0.05. NO level in newborns cord blood of study group was significantly lower than the control group, while SOD was significantly higher, P <0.05. The two groups’ ET showed no significant difference, P> 0.05. The incidence of preterm births, still births and choking phenomenon of study group was significantly higher than the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion The NO, ET and SOD levels of ICP patients were significantly changed, suggesting that it played an important role in ICP attacking and pathological processes.
