【摘要】 目前医院所处经营环境不断变化，医院财务风险的预防工作显得越来越重要。医院管理者必须充分了解财务风险的成因与对策，建立完善风险控制机制，只要充分做好预测工作，防范措施采取得当，就能化解风险，规避风险，从而达到降低风险，彻底消除风险和减少损失的目的，确保医院科学、合理、健康可持续快速地发展。
