【摘要】 目的 探讨超声诊断对子宫肌瘤的诊断价值。方法：分析18例经临床手术确诊的子宫肌瘤病例的超声图像，结果：采用B超检查子宫肌瘤，准确率高，可以达到95%左右，妇科B超显示子宫增大，形状不规则， 小者仅数毫米，常为散在性多个分布，结论 超声可以明确肌瘤的部位大小有无并发症,对诊断具有重要价值,可为临床治疗提供可靠信息。
