【摘 要】 目的：探讨循证护理在控制呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)中的应用效果。方法：对60例气管切开行机械通气患者，运用循证护理程序，进行相关问题分析，提出问题，针对问题查阅相关资料和文献，寻求最佳护理证据，制定护理干预措施。结果：本组60例患者VAP发生率为10%，低于国内文献报道的43.1%。结论：对气管切开行机械通气患者实施循证护理能有效地控制VAP的发生。运用循证护理程序指导护理实践，可以培养护士的评判性思维，提高护理质量。

    【Abstract】Objective To explore the evidence-based nursing in control breathing machines correlation pneumonia (VAP). Methods 60 cases of patients with trachea cut operation mechanical ventilation, using evidence-based nursing procedures related problems, analysis, proposed problems, we refer to the relevant data and documents, seeking the best care nursing intervention measures, formulate evidence. Results all 60 patients, below 10% for VAP incidence of 43.1 percent reported in the literature to domestic. Conclusion the trachea cut operation mechanical ventilation patients implement evidence-based nursing can effectively control the occurrence of VAP. Using evidence-based nursing program guide nursing practice, can cultivate the nurse's critical thinking, to improve the quality of nursing. ......
