【摘 要】 心衰是心脏病的严重阶段，肥胖、高血压和糖尿病是心衰的传统危险因素，但研究发现心衰中肥胖患者预后较好，这被称为“肥胖悖论”。现就心衰方面的肥胖悖论做以下综述。

    【Abstract】 Heart failure is the most serious stage in heart disease. The traditional cardiovascular risk factors(for example,obe sity,hypertension and diabetes,etc) are assiociated with an independently increased risk of developing HF and mortality in the general population. This phenomenon has been termed theobesity paradox’.
