应用利普刀治疗93例慢性宫颈炎的临床效果观察(1)

【摘 要】 目的：通过对比应用利普刀治疗慢性宫颈炎与传统微波治疗的临床疗效，总结利普刀治疗慢性宫颈炎的安全性及临床价值。方法：选取我院2010年3月至2011年3月93例慢性宫颈炎患者，分为观察组(利普刀治疗组)53例和对照组(微波治疗组)40例，观察对比两组术中出血量和不良反应发生率，术后第2、4、8、12周进行定时复诊，记录其阴道排液量、阴道出血时间、症状改善、宫颈创面愈合情况及宫颈复原的情况等，进行统计分析。结果：观察组(利普刀治疗组)53例患者平均手术时间为(7.0±2.5)min，术中出血量(4.5±2)ml，术后随访3个月，手术一次性成功显效50例，有效3例 ，总有效率为94.3%；对照组(微波治疗组)40例患者平均手术时间为(67±2.5)min，术中出血量(100.5±20)ml，术后随访3个月，手术一次性成功显效31例，有效7例，无效2例，总有效率为77.5%。结论：应用利普刀治疗慢性宫颈炎与传统微波治疗作对比，具有安全可行、操作简便、手术时间短及疗效显著等优点，同时可提供完整的病理标本，有效降低宫颈癌的误诊及漏诊率，具有重要的临床价值。

【Abstract】Objective: To compare the application Lipp knife treatment of chronic cervicitis with conventional microwave treatment of the clinical efficacy of summary knife treatment of chronic cervicitis Philip safety and clinical value. Methods: Our hospital from March 2010 to March 2011 93 cases of chronic cervicitis patients, divided into two groups (Philip knife treatment group) 53 cases and the control group (microwave treatment group) 40 cases were observed compared two groups of patients in the amount of bleeding and the incidence of adverse reactions, 2,4,8,12 weeks after the first time referral, record the amount of vaginal discharge, vaginal bleeding, symptoms, cervical wound healing and recovery of the cervix and so, for statistical analysis. Results: The (Philip knife treatment group) 53 patients, mean operative time (7.0±2.5) min, blood loss (4.5±2) ml, were followed up for 3 months, successfully cured 50 cases of surgical time, effective in 3 cases, total effective rate was 94.3%; the control group (microwave treatment group) 40 patients, mean operative time (67±2.5) min, blood loss (100.5±20) ml, were followed up for 3 months, markedly one-time successful surgery in 31 cases, effective in 7 cases, 2 cases, total effective rate was 77.5%. Conclusion: The treatment of chronic cervicitis Philip knife treatment for comparison with the conventional microwave with a feasible and safe, simple, short operation time and significant effect, etc ......
