【摘要】 目的 观察针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 将60例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分成观察组和对照组各30例，观察组给予针灸治疗，对照组给予推拿治疗。结果 观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为100%和66.67%，两组比较，观察组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效好、副作用小、费用低，值得临床推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective Observes Acupuncture to treat Cervicalspondy-lotic radiculopath clinical curative effect.
