【摘要】 目的 探讨青光眼术后浅前房形成原因、预防和治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析160例174眼青光眼患者术后浅前房患者的临床资料。结果 青光眼术后并发浅前房78眼，发生率为44.8%；按形成原因分析：房水滤过过畅31眼，占39.7%；虹膜睫状体炎19眼，占24.4%；结膜瓣渗漏15眼，占19.2%；脉络膜脱离13眼，占16.7%。采用滴眼药水，局部用药等保守治疗，11眼浅前房患者行手术治疗，所有患者均恢复前房，明显提高生活质量。结论 青光眼术后浅前房的发生是它最常见的早期并发症之一，常导致角膜失代偿、虹膜粘连、恶性青光眼甚至失明等严重后果，应及时采取相应处理措施，提高患者的生活质量。

    【Abstract】 Objective The formation of shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma causes, prevention and treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis of 160 cases of 174 patients with shallow anterior chamber glaucoma clinical data.Results Glaucoma postoperative shallow anterior chamber 78, the rate was 44.8%; by the formation of reason analysis: aqueous filtration through smooth 31, 39.7%; iridocyclitis 19, accounting for 24.4%; conjunctival flap leakage 15, 19.2%; choroidal detachment 13, accounting for 16.7%.
