腹部外科手术后肠内营养支持的临床研究(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨腹部外科手术后肠内营养支持的效果及临床意义。方法 总结我院2006年1月至2010年11月行腹部外科手术的80例患者资料，随机分为对照组(40例)和研究组(40例)。对照组术后常规处理;研究组术后24～48 h开始肠内营养支持，共7 d。结果 研究组除1例因腹胀明显不耐受，余均按计划完成治疗。胃肠功能恢复快(P<0.01)，术后营养状况和细胞免疫功能明显改善。痊愈出院。结论 腹部中、大手术后24～48 h行肠内营养，患者的胃肠功能恢复快，营养状况和免疫功能得到改善。【关键词】 肠内营养; 腹部外科
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect and clinical significance of enteral nutrition in patients with abdominal surgery. Methods A retrospective study was done on data of 80 cases with abdominal surgery from January 2006 to November 2010, who were randomized into 2 groups, ie, experimental group (EN group, n=40) and control group (n=40). The EN group were given nutrition support for 7 days at 2448 hours after operation. The control group were treated with conventional methods. Results There was one case with intolerance of obvious abdominal distension in the EN group.
