【摘要】 目的：探讨分析急性出血性胰腺炎护理效果观察。方法：随机抽取我院2008年5月-2009年7月共诊治的31例急性出血性胰腺炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：本组31例急性出血性胰腺炎患者中治愈29例，死亡2例，其中治愈率为93.5%，死亡率为6%。结论：根据患者的不同情况，及时地做出相应的护理措施及护理目标，有计划的实施，对减少并发症有重要意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the analysis of acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis nursing observation. Methods : random sampling in our hospital from 2008 May - 2009 July, 31 cases of acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: in 31 cases of acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis in 29 cases were cured, 2 cases died, the cure rate was 93.5%, mortality is 6%. Conclusion: the patients according to the different situation, promptly makes the corresponding nursing measures and targets, with the implementation of the plan, to reduce the complication is important.
