【摘要】目的 观察中药复方骨愈灵胶囊治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效和安全性，并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法 选取170例绝经后骨质疏松症患者，随机分为2组，观察组85例给予骨愈灵胶囊，对照组85例给予钙尔奇D，治疗6个月，治疗前后测量仪测量腰椎和股骨颈的骨密度，检测血清钙、磷、骨钙素和抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b水平，观察骨痛评分改善程度。结果 观察组及对照组经治疗6个月后，骨痛程度均有改善，但观察组骨痛评分改善程度优于对照组，差异有显著性意义(p<0.05)；观察组腰椎及股骨颈骨密度治疗前后比较，差异有非常显著性意义(p<0.01)，对照组治疗前后比较，差异无显著性意义(p>0.05)，治疗后2组骨密度比较，差异有显著性意义(p<0.01)；治疗前2组血清Ca、P、BGP、TRACP-5b比较，差异均无显著性意义(p>0.05)。观察组治疗后血清Ca、P浓度差异无显著性意义(p>0.05)；血清BGP水平明显升高、TRACP-5b水平显著下降，差异均有显著性意义(p<0.01)。对照组治疗前后比较，血清Ca、P、BGP、TRACP-5b差异均无显著性意义(p>0.05)。治疗后组间比较，血清BGP、TRACP-5b变化水平均有显著性差异(p<0.01)。在试验过程中，观察组及对照均无严重不良反应发生。结论 中药复方骨愈灵胶囊治疗绝经后骨质疏松症疗效显著可靠。

Clinical Study on the Effect of Guyuling Capsule in Postmenopausal Osteoporosis Treatment

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo observe the efectiveness and safety of the traditional Chinese prescription Guyuling capsule in treating postmenopausal osteoporosis and to explore its possible mechanism. MethodsOne hundred and seventy postmenopausal osteoporosis patients were randomized into two groups. The observation group (n=85) was given Guyuling capsule for 6 months, and control group (n=85) was given caltrate D for 6 months . Before and after treatment, bone mineral density(BMD) of lumbar spine and femoral neck were measured by Dual energy X- ray. Serum calcium(Ca), phosphorus(p), osteocalcin(OC)，tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b (TRACP-5b) were assayed with examined，and ostealgia relief was also evaluated. ResultsAfter treatment for 6 months，The pain scales was decreased in both groups. The pain scales in patients of observation group decreased more obviously than those in contral group(p<0.05).
