【摘要】 人本位医疗服务是一个整体概念，即在治疗疾病的过程中高度关注病人，减少并发症，尽量满足病人在 心理、功能等方面的个性化需求，提高人们在身体、心理等方面社会适应能力，包括依靠证据的科学诊断、身心伤害最小化的准确治疗、确保医疗安全的整体护理、实行安全和疗效最大化的康复、 以病人感受为主导的的服务五个方面。通过人本位医疗服务的实施使医院的医疗工作得到可持续发展，从而提升了医院的技术效益、社会效益、经济效益。

    【Abstract】 Prsonbased medical service is an overall concept,Namely,in the processes of treatment patients should be paid hing attention,complications should be ruduced, patients personalized needs in the aspects of mind and function should be met, patients, social adapation in the aspects of body and mind should be improved includeing five asperts : the scientific diagnosis which relies on evidence, the accurate treatment which minimizes the harm to body and mind,the integrated medical care which ensure medical secarity, the maximize rehabilitation under the security and efficaly and the service dominated by patients, feeling .Through the implementation of personbased medical serice ,hospital medical work could get sustainable development,consequently, the economic benefits,technical benefit and social benefit of the hospital can be enhanced. ......
