    【摘要】 上腹部创伤在近年来有逐渐增加的趋势,为外伤中常见的损伤。采取CT进行检查的方法快捷、简便,特别对实质脏器肝、脾、肾等的损伤有较高的特异性和敏感性,在临床上为检查上腹部创伤的首选方法。

    【Abstract】 abdominal trauma in recent years a growing trend for common trauma injury. CT method to check the quick, easy, particularly for parenchymal organs liver, spleen, kidney and other damage with high specificity and sensitivity of clinical examination of upper abdominal trauma as the preferred method.
