    【摘要】 目的 探讨不同手术切口切除乳腺纤维腺瘤的临床效果。方法 采用回顾性分析的方法，分析我院收治的乳腺纤维瘤患者80例临床手术情况，依据不同手术切口将其分为观察组50例和对照组30例,对两组治疗效果进行对比。结果 观察组乳腺纤维瘤患者切口感染、皮下血肿、皮下瘀斑等术后并发症和复发率均低于对照组，P<0.05，差异均有统计学意义。结论 乳晕切口手术切除乳腺纤维腺瘤创伤相对较小，并发症少，美观效果好，值得临床应用借鉴。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of different surgical incision breast fibroadenoma. Methods A retrospective analysis of the methods, analysis of our hospital adenofibroma of 80 patients with clinical operations, 50 cases divided into two groups according to different surgical incision and the control group (n = 30) compared two groups of treatment. The results of the observation group the adenofibroma patients incision infection, subcutaneous hematoma, ecchymosis, postoperative complications and recurrence rate is lower than the control group (P <0.05) differences were statistically significant. Conclusion areola incision surgical removal of fibroadenoma of the breast trauma is relatively small, fewer complications, aesthetic effect, it is worth clinical application of reference. ......
