    【摘要】 目的 探讨2型糖尿病肾病患者同型半胱氨酸和C反应蛋白水平变化情况。方法 采用回顾性分析我院收治2型糖尿病肾病患者临床资料，观察其同型半胱氨酸和C反应蛋白水平情况。结果 糖尿病肾病组血糖、24h蛋白尿、同型半胱氨酸、CRP含量均高于对照组，同时同型半胱氨酸水平>15μmol/L患者CRP含量明显高于同型半胱氨酸水平≤15μmol/L组，P<0.05，差异均有统计学意义。结论 同型半胱氨酸和C反应蛋白升高可能是糖尿病肾病发病的危险因素，对于糖尿病肾病患者进行同型半胱氨酸和C反应蛋白水平监测具有重要的临床意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the type 2 diabetic nephropathy in patients with homocysteine and C-reactive protein levels. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital clinical data of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy, observed homocysteine and C-reactive protein levels. The results of diabetic nephropathy blood glucose, 24h proteinuria, homocysteine, CRP levels were higher homocysteine levels> 15μmol / L in patients with CRP levels significantly higher than the levels of homocysteine ≤ 15μmol / L group, P <0.05, differences were statistically significant. The conclusions of homocysteine and C-reactive protein levels may be risk factors for diabetic nephropathy, homocysteine and C-reactive protein levels in monitoring patients with diabetic nephropathy has important clinical significance. ......
