    【摘要】 近年来，安全管理越来越受到各行各业的广泛重视，尤其是对于妇产科这一高医疗纠纷的科室，加强安全管理意义重大。一方面，安全管理可以促进妇产科护理质量的提高，减少医疗纠纷的发生，另一方面，安全管理还有助于提高护理人员的自身素质，提升医院的整体形象。本文旨在探讨妇产科护理工作中的安全管理的具体体会。

    【Abstract 】 in recent years, safety management has received more and more attention from all walks of life, especially for the high medical disputes in obstetrics and gynecology department, strengthen safety management is of great significance. On one hand, can promote the safety management of Obstetrics and gynecology nursing quality, reduce medical disputes, on the other hand, safety management helps to improve nurses ' quality, enhance the overall image of the hospital. This paper aims to explore the obstetrics and gynecology nursing work in safety management experience.
