    【摘要】 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在肺淋巴管肌瘤病的影像学表现。方法 采用16层螺旋CT作肺常规扫描并行高分辨率重建法重建得出图像。结果 常规胸部CT能见两肺组织密度减低，双肺见弥漫性囊状影，分布无差异。结论 肺淋巴管肌瘤病的MSCT表现具有一定的特征性，结合临床可作出正确的诊断。

    【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the image of pulmonary lymphangiomyomatosis with multislice spiral computed tomography (MTSC). Methods: Lung conventional scanning was performed with 16 slice spiral CT, and image was reconstructed with high resolution reconstruction method. Results: The results showed that lung density decreased and had a diffuse cystic shadow by routine chest CT, and there were no distribution differences. The right lung partially fused into the bulla. Conclusion: The MSCT of pulmonary lymphangiomyomatosis had certain features, which could make a correct diagnosis combining with clinical characteristic. ......
