    【摘要】 目的：探讨运用中西医结合方法治疗激素抵抗性肾病综合征的临床效果。方法：将我院74例激素抵抗性肾病综合征患者的病例进行回顾性分析，观察组予以中西医结合方法治疗，对照组予以督促单纯西医治疗。比较治疗后的效果情况。结果：从治疗后的效果分析，观察组的总有效率为78.3%，对照组的总有效率为54%；从治疗后副作用看，两组的1种和2种以上并发症的发生率分别为32.4%、13.5%；18.9%、2.7%。以上两者之间均存在明显的差异(p﹤0.05)，均有统计学意义。结论：运用中西医结合方法治疗激素抵抗性肾病综合征的临床效果可靠，且降低了副作用和不良反应，值得临床推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the use of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of steroid-resistant nephritic syndrome. Methods: 74 cases of steroid-resistant nephritic syndrome patients were retrospectively analyzed, observation group with integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment, control group to urge the pure western medicine treatment. Comparison of treatment effect of.
