成人嗜血细胞综合征一例及相关文献进展(2)
HLH在临床上虽不少见，但因疾病本身凶险，可并发感染性休克、多器官功能衰竭、颅内及内脏大出血而危及生命，死亡率较高。疾病的临床表现无特异性，容易误诊及漏诊。临床医生对该病需要高度警惕，早期识别，并及时给予治疗，可能会收到好的治疗效果[12]。
