    摘要：目的：观察护理干预对合并高血压的糖尿病肾病蛋白尿治疗的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月于我院行综合护理干预的糖尿病肾病蛋白尿合并高血压患者106例作为观察组，106例为对照组。观察比较两组的护理效果及满意率。经护理后，观察组血肌酐、24h尿蛋白、收缩压及舒张压等指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.06);观察组的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.06)。结论护理干预尤其是综合护理干预可以有效改善患者的血压水平、24h尿蛋白及血肌酐，进而控制患者病情，因此该护理方法具备临床推广价值。
