    摘要：目的：研究分析胃肠外科护理人员对肠造口患者灌肠的认知现状。方法：特选取我院胃肠外科护理人員60名作为调查对象，通过自行设计问卷的方式进行调查研究。结果：胃肠外科护理人员对肠造口患者灌肠的基础知识认知自评总分平均分为(53.96±1.23)分，评价等级为差。对肠造口患者灌肠的并发症认知平均分为(62.31±1.25)分，评价等级为良。造口有关行为测评的总分为(35.23±2.1)分，自评的等级低于测评的等级，比较差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：胃肠外科护理人员对肠造口患者灌肠的认知水平较低，所以在临床中要重视胃肠外科护理人员造口知识的培训，通过有效的手段及方式，综合最新医疗技术手段及研究进展，不断提升胃肠外科护理人员对肠造口患者灌肠的认知水平，进而有利于提升患者的治疗效果，能够改善患者的生活质量。

    【Abstract】Objective： To study and analyze the status quo of gastrointestinal surgery nurses' cognition of patients with enemas. Methods： Sixty nursing staff of gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital were selected as the survey subjects， and the survey was conducted by self-designed questionnaires.Results： The total score of self-evaluation of the basic knowledge of patients with enemas in gastrointestinal surgery by nurses was averagely (53.96±1.23)， and the evaluation grade was poor.
