[摘要] 目的 提高内镜中心感染管理的质量。 方法 应用PDCA循环法进行管理，把存在的问题进行分类归纳整理，按照轻重缓急的顺序分次解决，严格落实计划，及时评价效果。 结果 护理人员提高了认识，加强了责任心，能够遵守内镜清洗消毒规，院领导采纳科内的合理化建议，给予增添新设备，上级主管部门对内镜和消毒液的检查全部合格。 结论 PDCA法在内镜中心的管理中行之有效。
