[摘要] 通过对19例来笔者所在医院治疗糖尿病神经性膀胱行留置导尿患者的护理，总结发生尿道黏膜损伤、漏尿、尿路感染、尿管阻塞的原因，并在护理过程中采取预防措施，从而减少糖尿病神经性膀胱行留置导患者各种常见的护理问题的发生，为患者术后康复创造有利条件。
