     [摘要] 目的 通过对茂名市中心血站供应血液范围内的2家三甲医院和6家二甲医院临床输血不良反应的回顾性分析，探讨降低和预防输血不良反应的对策。 方法 分段统计8家医院临床用血及输血发生不良反应的情况，进行分类分析。 结果 输血不良反应以非溶血性发热反应多见，临床输注滤白血液制品后输血不良反应发生率明显降低。 结论 应用滤除白细胞产品能有效降低和预防输血不良反应的发生。
