[摘要]目的 研究应用甲硝唑局部和全身用药对预防拔牙后干槽症的疗效对比。方法 分组对230例下颌第3磨牙拔牙术后进行甲硝唑局部和全身用药，观察术后发生干槽症的情况。结果 术后口服甲硝唑片剂，干槽症发生几率为9.10%；术后创口局部置入甲硝唑粉剂，干槽症发生率2.50%。结论 拔牙后创口局部用甲硝唑可以大大减少干槽症发生几率。
