[摘要] 随着社会的发展、时代的变迁，医院以医务人员为中心的流程已经显露出很大的弊端，不能满足人们日益增长的需要，迫切需要业务流程再造。本研究针对医院存在的各种问题，基于业务流程再造理论，应用信息化对医院业务流程进行分析与优化，以提高医疗服务质量，满足人们看病的需要。

    [Abstract] With the development of society,the changes of the times,the hospital process with medical staff as center has revealed a lot of disadvantages,it can't meet the increasing need,and urgent need reengineering.This article in view of the existing problems of hospital, based on business process reengineering,proceed the hospital information analysis and business process optimization,in order to improve the medical service quality and satisfy people's need.
