[摘要] 目的 探讨结肠癌致急性肠梗阻的手术治疗方法及效果。 方法 回顾性分析2000年1月~2010年5月收治的50例结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的患者资料。 结果 50例患者均行手术治疗，其中行Ⅰ期切除吻合41例，分期手术7例，Hartmann术2例。共发生切口感染3例，肺部感染4例，吻合口瘘2例，总并发症发生率为18.0%。手术死亡2例。 结论 Ⅰ期切除吻合手术治疗结肠癌并急性肠梗阻是可行的，正确把握手术时机，做好围术期的处理，是治疗成功的重要基础。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the surgical treatment effect of acute intestinal obstruction caused by colon carcinoma. Methods Clinical data of 50 cases of acute intestinal obstruction caused by colon carcinoma treated by emergent operation during the past decade.
