罗哌卡因联合A型肉毒毒素治疗三叉神经痛疗效分析

[摘要] 目的 观察罗哌卡因联合A型肉毒毒素治疗三叉神经痛的疗效。 方法 确诊为原发三叉神经痛患者60例，随机分为3组，分别采用罗哌卡因、A型肉毒毒素及两者联合局部注射。观察疗效、复发率、疼痛缓解时间、不良反应。结果 Ⅲ组与Ⅰ、Ⅱ组比较，治愈率、显效率显著增高，有效率、无效率、复发率显著减少(P<0.05)，Ⅰ组与Ⅱ、Ⅲ组比较，缓解时间显著缩短(P<0.05)，Ⅱ组与Ⅰ、Ⅲ组比较，不良反应率显著减少(P<0.05)。 结论 罗哌卡因联合A型肉毒毒素局部注射治疗原发性三叉神经痛临床效果好，疗效确切，无严重并发症，值得推广。
